With more than 30 years of experience in complex IT environments, I operate at the intersection of board-level vision and operational delivery. I don’t just define strategy — I structure, govern, and execute large-scale transformation programs that deliver measurable business impact.

My background spans infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity governance, and multi-site technology environments across international organizations. I am frequently brought in to stabilize operations, realign execution, and drive mission-critical initiatives to completion.
